Remote Monitoring & Video Surveillance
At Perceptage International we operate a remote monitoring security cameras central with live dedicated agents, individually and uniquely servicing each one of our clients, 24/7. Our monitoring agents are “matched” with a specific client for the duration of the contract in order to maximize their familiarity with the sites they monitor. This ensures a fast and reliable reaction to the slightest abnormalities onsite, helping us speed up necessary intervention and avoid false alarms.
We can connect remotely to any existing camera system, as long as there is an internet connection.
Actions We Could Take Rremotely:
- We monitor exterior cameras for perimeter security to avoid break-ins, thefts and vandalism.
- We monitor interior cameras to catch shoplifters, safety hazards, trespassers and loitering.
- We call the police, turn on sirens, strobes, talk to visitors and tenants via existing intercom systems, open building doors and gates.
- Provide troubleshooting and customer assistance when required.
- Personalized monitoring schedule as per the client needs (days, nights, weekends, 24/7, etc.)
- As long as we are given access to these systems, we could control them from our Central. This allows our clients to cut down costs of on-site employees.
Our agents are fully autonomous when responding to incidents
They have the ability to call 911 when it is necessary or dispatch service providers in case of water leaks, maintenance etc. When our agents call the police, they are able to provide them with live updates from the scene until the incident is resolved (description of the suspects, what they are wearing, where they are going, cars details, license plates, etc.)
